I don't think this in in the spec., but I did comment on this some 
time ago - all that is required is that Separator nod>s can be 
children of Camera nod> - when the camera moves, the Separators 
attached also move - the ri>ult is the objects always appear in a 
pixed position relative to the viewer.  This is useful for all sorts 
of things, like logos, toolbars etc.  Perhaps VRML 1.1 will support 
this?
