Update on Wish lists for Spec version:

1.1:
ElevationGrid/Mesh node
I think pretty much accepted by everyone.

resolution of binary file I think doing a binary file

WWWInline/WWWInclude not yet resolved. My feeling is there field on WWWInline that tells If not rendered, later USE commands. Or a WWWInclude accomplishes for dealing with common object files.

Ambi>ntSound
It might be possible to accomplish this in a primitive
version (since we're leaving out the full 3-D sound spec for 2.0), by
just playing WWWInline URLs LOD nodes and ShapeHint affecting whether or not the WWWInline is
rendered or not could give >

WWWAnchor map=TEXTURE and map=POINTORIENTATION additions
Currently in WWWAnchor, the only SFEnum map values
possibilities are in the past, to give the point similar to map=POINT, but then add the current viewer oriintation,
as expressed by an SFRotation value, giving the URL: ?x,y,z,a,b,c,r

where x,y,z is the a,b,c is a vector and r is an angle (in radians) giving the around that vector. This'd be very useful for multi-user applications, or
updating

Fuzzy LOD
not yet resolved. I've been working and implelintation for this, which I'll post lost

Generalized Cylinder
I think

Voxel/CSG
I don't think

Annotation Text

i18n Internationalization

Video Streams
Are we going to discuss get left for 1.2 or whatever?

Simple Animation
We with the same kind of concept as an LOD node. The only question on this
node is to our pr" ly
tim>-less VRML worlds.

Other wishes

Hope you're all doing well. Looks like I'll have to spend the a new run Worldview -- besides I think use my RS/6000, but it looks like it'd be just as easy to purchase a
Pentium...

Cheers, and hope you will all party on the 18th for Father's Day<(and my
b-day!). Well, back to the beach,
