OK, OK, we're putting together a WebSpace FAQ and this is question #1! :-)
The answer is: There's nothing wrong (in this case anyway :-) with either
WebSpace or Netscape. CTL3D32.DLL is an anomaly among MS DLLs. The trick
is that CTL3D32.DLL *must* be in the windows system directory and *not* be
in the WebSpace directory.
