Fair enough. My plan was to review all the suggestions, get clarification
from the posters if necessary, and incorporate the ones that "made sense."
When it gets to the point of deciding what "make sense" means, I'll post to
the list and get buy-in on the proposed changes. I'll do that posting by
Friday if possible and allow a day or two for feedback. After that we'll
*have* to post the 1.0 spec, in whatever form it assumes by then.
