Hi Tony;

can you post a message to the mailing list quickly outlining exactly what
changes are being made? There have been a lot of new suggestions recently,
some of which aren't all that plausible (in my mind), which ones are being
put into the spec?

we should all see the final spec before it actually becomes the final spec.
it would be nice if we can avoid having VRML 1.0b (or something like that).
