But the helper application shouldn't have to rely on browser behavior 
this way.  Steffen brought up a very good point, and I can't believe I 
didn't notice this sooner.  Tony, is there still time to get this into 
1.0, you think?  If not there, 1.1, and then I guess it'll be 1.1 that we 
take to the IETF.
