The spec says that the filename is a URL. It does not make the supported
formats clear. This is probably intentional.

In the first release of WebSpace SGI RGB, GIF and JPEG will be supported.
There will be no odd orientation requirements for these files. They will
all be suppoted normally.

What formats are the other browser writers supporting???
