For those running "Apache" <URL:http://www.apache.org/apache/>, you can
create ".asis" files that include their own HTTP headers, i.e. in a file
called world.wrl.asis:

Content-type: x-world/w-vrml

#VRML 1.0 .....
blah blah

If you set "Multiviews" then you can just give out the URL to "world.wrl"
and the server will find the .asis extension and serve that out (so you
don't have to include .asis in your URL's)
