Hi Thomas;

One of the goals of the GopherVR clients is to not break any of the
older servers, but also, the GopherVR clients should not force
Gopher-Admins to revamp their server in order to make it VR-savvy.

Because of these constraints, the clients must do something with a
Gopher Menu when no 3D attributes are found for the items in the server.
The default action is to use pre-assigned icons for each Gopher item type,
and to arrange them in a circle (or number of circles). Because of this
we can make all current Gopher Server cruiseable in VR space.

You can however override the default action and perscribe a location and
a new object, as well as ambient sound (currently not available on all
clients).

Yeah, we have it for PowerMacs, and Unix platforms.
