TECH - What do our servers need?

Hi! I put a simple .wrl on the web (http://www.hk.super.net/~scotta/theme),
but as I understand it my HTTP server at that site transmits
this as TEXT content... and I need to have it marked as VRML content?

So, basically what I'm asking (and I haven't seend any discussion
of this) is:

1) What does our server need to do to transmit .wrl's?

2) What is necessary to get it doing that?

3) How do we cajole/convince web administrators to do
just that (whatever is necessary)?

This seems to be something that all of us VRML-ers need
to address with site admin-ers.

P.S. One HAPPY Vote here for kanji/Chinese character, etc.
capability for Text nodes, even if not all browsers
support it. |-)
