VRML Spec

Apart from having an intention to allow VRML access to MarketNet
I am also building VRML viewing into our in-house developed
internet tool (HTML/VRML/Email/Transactions (including security)).

We will be offering the initial VRML viewing facility for
public domain consumption on Windows 3.1 although it is
undoubtedly a bit of a slog without inbuilt 3D rendering
facilities.

If anyone is interested in co-operating on the development
of a Windows based VRML browser could they contact me
privately.

My problem, however, is:
I have a copy of the VRML 1.0 spec from vrml.wired.com.
I also have a copy of a globe.wrl file (from somewhere I
cannot remember).

The world.wrl file purports to be VRML 1.0, but actually
has nodes entitled "trianglestripset" and "label" in it.

Is there a 1.0 spec somewhere that includes these nodes
(and any other that are appropriate) or is the the usual
process of adding to specs? In which case what do they
mean? (well - Label is obvious).
