Static vs dynamic objects; 'Personal presence'

Is there some separation of static and dynamic objects? It would be nice
if brousers could cache static objects and periodically re-read dynamic
objects.

Is there a concept of 'personal presence'? When brousing a space, could
I know who else is there? Could attributes be attached to me and the
other guy?

Is there an official roadmap or content-definition for VRML 2.0?
