dear Masayuki Matsumoto,

maybe you cannot extract the file because it is encrypted with ZipIt.
to decrypt a .zip file you will need the application as a registered version.
this was the lapidar answer i got when i tried out ZipIt 1.3.1.
after registering it shall work.
