I don't think of myself as being very creative. I'm more the observant
type. I'd probably create spaces that are as much like reality as
possible. I figure with a lot of collaborative effort, just about every
major area of interest on the planet will eventually be reproduced.
I'd also be interested in history. (I'm wrestling with my Cable TV
provider to get the History Channel installed.) I'd like nothing more
than to watch the Declaration of Independence being discussed and signed.
I'd like to watch King Tut get buried, or the Wright Brothers fly.
Imaging being able to stand there and watch Neil Armstrong climb down the
ladder of the Eagle. We could even go further, and become participants.
Imagine being IN a movie, instead of watching it. Spend weeks preapring
to play Winston Churchill at the conferences at Yalta, while someone
across the planet prepares to play Roosevelt, and Stalin. On a given
date, you meet in a VR space, and the talks begin.
I'd also be interested in future realities (subject to speculation), such
as those suggested by Star Trek, and Star Wars. Even some of the stories
of Heinlein, Clarke, and Asimov would be great.
