Occasional duplicate messages and time delays of hours could be completely
related to the fact that the machines running the list are pretty much at
full tilt during the middle of the day dealing with the message load. I
apologize that it happenes, but without more iron there's not much I can
do. You can't blame everything on Microsoft. :)
