Thanks for various and sundry suggestions for generating shadows in my vrml
worlds. I figured out how to generate object shadows in 3DStudio and am
just gonna texture map them on the ground (forget trying to map them onto
additional objects in the field - too much effort for the time that remains
before final reviews).
Question now is, is there a 3DStudio expert somewhere in this group? I'm
trying to optimize the images that I'm capturing (resolution, etc.) and am
very shaky with this software. Please contact me offline if you are an
Autodesk deity (or semi-/demi-deity ;-)) and can help me move along...
