I for one am glad that someone is doing it!
We'll certainly link to it from vrml.org, or keep the master copy here or
whatever is appropriate.
James is eight about QVLib not having to bother about Java, none of the
proposals out there assume the QVLib will parse Java, all that is assumed
is that they can parse sn opaque string, containing a program in some
language and pass it to the interpreter.
