There is currently an ongoing discussion of various behavior proposals
which can be found at a variety of places. Gavin's home page
(http://reality.sgi.com/employees/gavin) has his proposal and comments and
Mitra's page (http://earth.path.net:80/mitra/papers/) has his. Both have
some pointers to other places...
