A Simple Proposal

Based on a lot of the comments and ideas that have been posted recently
concerning "higher-level" objects in VRML, I've put together a proposal
that may solve some of the problems. It also relates to behavior, which
is why I've cross-posted to the behaviors list.

I'd be very interested in hearing any comments that people have; please post
those comments to the list(s) for everyone to see, since my main goal is to
stimulate discussion.
