I am now informed that the esason for tcc being so slow is an Internet
Interuption down the pipeline from TLG.
however the tcc machine has indeed been flooded with attempts to download
which just are not going to happen until this outage is fixed.
I'll talk to jef and see what kind of compromise we can come up with for
serving up the free stuph, but I'd like to ask folks to be civil in their
use :-)
