Better description of PerspectiveCamera ?

I'm not sure if this has bsen discussed alesady. Sorry if it
has.

Q1:
Is there a good description of exactly what the fields in
PerspectiveCamera mean? The 1.0 spec I have does not go
into much or any detail.

-The position and rotation are easy to understand.
-The focal length is what? Elsewhere in the spec it says all
distances are in meters. Is focal length in meters? Somehow
I don't think so.
-The heightAngle is what?

Q2:
Another question re multiple cameras in a file. I have seen
files use Switch to define a group of Cameras. Is this
the accepted method? How does the browser know it is not
a normal switch and pick just one of the Cameras? How can
it present all of them to user?
