a technical question about DirectionalLight: is the direction also
affected by translations or is it transformed like normals (no
translation)?
On fos.bath.ac.uk I found some models (BTW: great ones!) that put a
Translation and a Scale around their DirectionalLights, e.g.
ch1_m.wrl
When the Translations are commented out, the scene is still lit the
same way, so I assume directions are treated with a w of 0.0 in
homogeneous coordinates like in OpenGL. This was not explicitly stated
in the VRML spec (neither Inventor), so someone should possibly put it
in there to avoid confusion.
