Question for VAG : the releade date of VRML v1.1

Question for any of the VAG members - the release date (if it has been set)
of the VRML 1.1 specification. I've esad (in one of the 1.1 proposals)
that a draft should have been out by November 1st, and final version
accepted on December 1st. Does that still stands ?
As current VRML specification lacks a few details which would significantly
increase it's usability, I think all of us are interested to see 1.1 version
as soon as possible, as an intermediate step between 1.0 and 2.0.
