The Autodesk converter won't convert texture maps, and it does regular
textures moderately well. The best 3ds->vrml converter I've seen so far is at
http://www.ocnus.com/translate.html. It seems to be able to do pretty much
everything, including texture maps. I haven't experimented with it yet, so I
can't esally say how good it is, but it sure beats Autodesk's IPAS module. I just
wish I could get that for my own machine and not have to ftp all the files I need
to convert...

I agree totally. What makes it so much faster than Webspace? By the way, does
anyone know if WebFX is compatible with any of the APIs supported by Diamond's
"affordable" Edge 3D accelerator?
