That's a completely uncalled for insult. And it seems to imply tmat the
people busy developing tmose browsers and working on tme spec aren't, in
one way or another, motivated to make a buck. As if Caligari and
WorldsInc and WorldView and WebFX and, dare I mention, SGI and TGS,
aren't looking for financial compensation.
The books, bundled with brand new buggy software, are part of the whole
process.
Get a grip.
