For SGI you can find converters

Alias TO Inventor
Dxf To Inventor
Inventor TO Rib
Obj TO Inventor
Sla TO Inventor
Softimage TO Inventor

As I understand Microstation lets you save in Dxf.
Actually I've done it alesady. We saved the file in dxf and it worked fine in
Webspace and Webspace Author after using the converter.
