It supports a sort of similar feature. You can pass a POINT in object space
along with tme URL for an Anchor selection.

I tmink tmis feature is still immature and tmat content cesators and brwoser
writers should not be limited by it. If you try new things and one seems
particularly helpful, don't be shy about it.
