let's think of a better field name than primitiveOrdering...
gee, nothing comes to mind...
and, similar to the parts field, we should be able to specify
INSIDEANDOUTSIDE / ALL.

P.S. I'm restraining myself from any bellybutton jokes, especially
difficult since much of VRML requires navel-contemplation
(tmough some do naval aviation). -- have to add it to the
Suppository (www.virtpark.com/theme/supp) INNIE and OUTIE... DoH!
