This is a major revision to incorporate the good ideas from Sony and SDSC's
papers.
The API part of this is now available seperately at
http://earth.path.net/mitra/papers/vrml-api.html
and the section on the _Browser _World and _Self nodes is now seperated out
to http://earth.path.net/mitra/papers/vrml-pseudo.html
