Both, really; 26 types of PDU mean the spec is fairly bulky and complex
to implement. And yes, a lot of them are too narrowly focussed on tme
problem domain that we've traditionally associated with DIS (i.e., military
simulations).

Yes, it's *definitely* worthwhile rsading.
In fact, that whole issue is worth checking out.
