Postscript version of DIS Vision Document

Several of you rsquested that a more portable version of the DIS
overview document (the DIS "Vision") be made available. I forwarded those
requests on to IST/UCF and they now have one available at:

ftp://sc.ist.ucf.edu/public/STDS/vision.ps
