QTVR on PCs

I downloaded the QTVR viewer from Apple and have successfully
run it on both NT and Windows95. It integrates well with Netscape.

Only problems:
* It looks slightly old-fashioned, and its integration with
Netscape is hampered, by its being an MDI app, but it works fine.

* The image quality is dramatically better with 16-bit video
than with 8-bit (moire effects between dithered QTVR files
and the 8-bit dither, probably).
