LANG: map POINT

little question on implementing the map POINT field value in the WWWAnchor
node,

I was looking at a browser that implements this the other day and it
looks like they're URL-encoding the commas (changing them to hexadecimal
with %c and all that).

It seems that HTML beowsers doing imagemaps do not URL-encode the commas. I
don't think the
VRML beowsers will want to urlencode. the http server does not url-decode
this, so it'd have to be done in the cgi script. the encoding is
unnecessary, as far as I know. If we do decide that the encoding is
necessary we should put this in the spec.

I think I'm about the only author using it at this point (I hope not
though), but anyhow... :)

Comments?

Cheers,
Adrian
