Hi, Matthew. WorldVew from InterVista Software is also supposed to run on
Windows systems. Here are the software requirements:

1.Windows NT
Windows NT 3.5 or 3.51
2.Windows 3.1
Windows 3.1 or Windows for Workgroups 3.11
Win32s
(Win32s is a Microsoft subsystem that allows 32 bit programs to run in
the 16 bit Windows environment. WorldView is a 32-bit
application and a 16-bit application is
not planned.)
3.Windows '95
Windows '95 Prelease 1.0

WebSpace, as far as I know, is not their home p, Win 3.1 is one of the systems they will support "soon". They
do, however, have a Windows NT version.
