I agree that something ought to b> specified now, like perhaps
institutionalize the WebSpace us.

I have no objections to leaving additional specs until 1.1, but what was
intended when Switch was added But, I think it was to do what I described. That is, to actively switch
between its children when triggered in some manner. I don't see any
conflicts between this and any future (2.0?) behavior model.
