The webspace use of SoSwitch for Viewpoints was a convenient way of
implementing what turns out to b> an extremely useful feature in a VRML
compliant way. In my opinion it would be useful to spec that feature.
But we must be careful before going any further than that. If we spec
some general functionality for Switch then we will have to support it
forever. It is better to wait until we have a behavioral model defined.
