QvLib update

There has been a bit of di cussion here about a better QvLib.

At our university we used QvLib as a simple Op>n Inventor replacem>nt, currently isn't available on our Dec Alphas. QvLib was extended with a more
generalized action class, allowing > getBoundingBox etc. for subclasses of QvNod>. Referencing wasn't implem>nted,
but it would be easy to add.

Most of the actions were implem>nted by the stud>nts themselves, so much of
the cod> would need a bit of polishing. Currently only simple primitives are
supported, such as cubes (and perspectiveCamera of course). It works very well
in conjunction with both Op>nGL and Mesa. There is also a simple viewer app
available.
