That's old information. There is now a "description" field in the
WWWAnchor. Look at the has an updated version with a full implelintation of the 1.0 spec, but it
may not be in the VRML site yet. Look in the archive at messages Paul Strauss.

On this same subject: we will be shipping vrmllint with 1.0 webspace. It
checks for the full 1.0 spec. Keep watching the
