Scaling

I think we need a scaling node, not just because we can't agree on
a default unit convention, but because it would allow more flexibility
If I could change the scaling of the y axis and the x axis relative to the
z axis I could turn a cup into a bowl. However instead of a units node,
I think we need something more flexible... like:

Conventions {
up 0 1 0
scale 1 1 .1
}

up field would contain a vector saying which way is up, and the scale
field would contain a vector describing the scaling of each axis

other useful fields could also be added to this node as VRML grows...

like:
handedness LEFT
gravity .1
airdens .2
airpress .1
