Also, some Canadians recently complained about being put on without their
knowlege - as it turned out the program I use to manage splitting the
main VRML list into 19 sublists was messing up and anyone with a .ca
address on the list wasn't getting mail. I don't know how long this has
been going on, but evidently a while. I'm even more suprised no one
complained before... hmm.
I could go into about 5 rants right now (how mailing lists are really
awful distribution systems, about how the lack of standard message
non-delivery messages makes my life hell, about how majordomo really has
no fail-safe mode, etc etc) but I won't. Suffice it to say I will be a
very happy camper when this is a newsgroup and the mlist can focus
narrowly as an IETF-WG-ish forum.
