CACHING

Whenever Caching of objects gets into the spec we'll probably
need some sort of node to identify a new site, so that definitions
don't overlap. I'm making the assumption that .wrls on one site
will want to use common objects repeatedly, but the names may overlap
Say I go to one site with its own "chair" object and then I
go to a new one with a new "chair" object... So how about
a NewSite {} node... i prefer this to a clear node, because the
user of the browser may want to turn this off if they have a slow link.
Just a thought
Or maybee something more colorful than NewSite like NewWorld
