webspace on NT problem

has anybody had trouble getting WebSpace to run on NT? When I try to open
one of the local VMRL files from emosaic I get an error message that the
application (Webspace) requires CTL3D32.DLL in the Windows system directory,
even though it is there. Any ideas?
