WebSpace supports Textures, and they even work. Assuming that they
continue to work in the Win 3.1 release, which I don't know why they
wouldn't, that would seem to answer your question.

Btw, here's a question -- I heard something along the lines that
WebSpace for the SGI supports rgb and gif textures, but that the Win NT
release only supports rgb textures. That seems strange, so I put it
out here for comment -- true?
