Although in general it is a good idea to assume the average user has the
basic intellect of a dead cow, even a dead cow can quickly learn that if
it is a VRML file you do not use index.wrl just because HTML uses
index.html. We have the chance RIGHT NOW to start a convention which will
stick (it will stick because as more software is developed it will use
this, just as html ones use index).

I'm for entrance.wrl because it states EXACTLY what it is (the entrance
place to your VRML world). home.wrl is _ok_, but I dont like it too much
because it is rather broad based (my entire home probably isn't described
in that single file...) doorstep.wrl is also ok...

*shrug*

All of the above is IMHO, of course.
