win 3.1 version availability

The only NT machine we have going here is our gopher/http server, and I was
loath to bring up the NT version of the vrml browser and slow everything
down for our users... THIS IS NOT A FLAME... just wondering when
(realistically) the Win 3.1 version will actually be ready for folks to use
and test...

I know from ugly personal experience how easy it is for delivery-dates to
slip due to unforseen wierdnesses in porting code. A lot of anticipation was
raised by the announcement(s) of firm dates, and I'd like to see us dispell
some of the anxiety by getting a realistic release date...
