mime.types and VTP

Based on Jan H's feedback, we've gone ahead and added a sample
mime.types file (actually the one from our server) to the
VTP. The reference is down near the bottom of the VTP page under
"notice to web server administrators".

It shows you many of the type names, you'll get the idea.

PPS we presently only have mime.types for NCSA's httpd. If those
of you with servers that have different config files would send
them to me then I'll include those in the list also.
