Could somebody please test my VRML file...

Im sure you dont want this mailing list to turn into a
"could you please xxxxx" but since the only publically available
viewers are running on SGIs....

I have a VRML model available in two forms:

model.wrl - standard VRML file (67K)
model.wrl.gz - gziped version of same (17K)

they are available from:

http://skynet.ul.ie/~keith/model.wrl
OR
http://skynet.ul.ie/~keith/model.wrl.gz

(If you can get the gziped version, the machine may be a bit
slower later in the day GMT )

Could somebody tell me if it looks OK etc. the model was converted
using a program I have written and the Link, Color etc was put
it by hand.

Look out soon for a program that converts Lightwave files to VRML
scenes with and ingenious way to include Links (WWWAnchors).

we NEED a standard for compressed VRML files NOW! - in my tests i
have achieved up to 85% compression and VRML is supposed to be useful
over a 14.4K connection...

Keep up the great work.
