Are we specifying a right or left-hand world in VRML?

LEft-hand?

in other words do the three coordinates represent:

horizontal, vertical, depth?
horizontal, depth, vertical?

Just doing some updates and better help pages for the
Virtual World Factory. (I'll release it to the public when I get back
from E3 on Sunday evening / Monday morning!)
