Yahoo-like place for VRML stuff

The SDSC VRML pages seem to be set up best for this, in that
they have the requisite submission forms, etc. (I filled one
out there, but I think it needs updating.)

Yahoo also does have a VRML page. (http://www.yahoo.com/)
