Hey all,
Got a couple of thoughts here...I'm currently
designing my .wrl in 3D Studio. The "home" page is a model of
stone henge. I want to be able to use each stone as a link to
the other .wrl files. This will be my first .wrl and I don't
yet fully understand it. What I'm wanting to know is VRML set
up so that I can easily define each of the rocks as an object
with text and a link to a different .wrl? I will either be
outputting DXF files or useing one of the 3DS>WRL converters
once their released. Will all of the DXF objects be defined as
one object or will each one be broken down as one .wrl object?
Is their some type of utility to turn specific DXF objects into
a .wrl object or will my best bet be to edit each object one at
a time by editing the .wrl?
On another note...back to text. Will text always
be "written" to the screen if an object has text or will it
only "create" it if I am a certian distance from the object?
